Principal's Message

Dear Sweetwater Middle School Families,

 

I hope that you have enjoyed your summer and are looking forward to the new year as much as we are. This year promises to be a year full of achievement, productivity, and growth for our students. Together, we will create a year of excellence for our scholars as we focus on student engagement, maintaining a positive culture, and rigorous instruction through standards aligned lessons. Every day at SMS we are committed to providing the best education that inspires and motivates students to reach their full potential. Beyond the rigors of their academic program, it is our aim to instill within each student the essential core of our PBIS program to remain Focus, Accountable, and Respectful so that they will become productive and contributing members of our society.

 

I encourage all of you to set a goal to become more engaged in our Sweetwater Middle school community. I request that you stay in contact with your child’s teachers and monitor their attendance and grades using ParentSquare and portal access. Feel free to visit or call the school if you need help with anything.
